Tripura: Official process for conducting TTAADC polls begins

The State Election Commission (SEC) has begun official process for conducting the elections to the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) by May 17, the date when the present council expires.

“The draft publication of electoral rolls will be done on March 10 and last date for submission of claims and objections would be on March 17,” said State Election Commissioner (SEC) ML Dey in a notification here.

He said claims and objections regarding the draft publication of electoral rolls will be disposed from March 18 to 21 while the final electoral rolls would be published on March 26.
