Nagaland: Govt offices to resume functioning from April 13 with skeletal staff

KOHIMA | April 12 :

After almost two weeks since lockdown was imposed, the Nagaland government has informed that government offices wil resume functioning from April 13.

The Nagaland Civil Secretariat and Directorates in Kohima and Dimapur and all Government offices in the Districts shall resume their functioning with skeletal staff from Monday the 13th April, 2020.

The Chief Secretary, Nagaland in an Office Memorandum in this regard issued today, has directed concerned AHoD, HoD and Heads of Offices to work out detailed arrangements of the Staff who will need to attend office on a roster system.

Those not attending office on a particular day will have to be available on telephone and electronic means of communication at all times.

Adequate arrangements are to be made for ensuring adherence to all social/physical distancing and necessary health safety measures in the offices.
